Sing your way to Health with "Bon Appetit"

Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer have a CD, titled Bon Appetit, with a theme of nutrition and health. I nonchalently stuck it into the rotation on our CD player, and my boys started bopping away -- the younger one even requests it specifically now! What a sneaky way to get in some lessons about Health. :-)

The lyrics and melodies are catchy; the kids were already singing along on their first listen.

This album also includes one of my favorite tunes, David Mallet's "The Garden Song" (Inch by inch, row by row, gonna make this garden grow...)
